A photo and rough measurements are enough. Tell me the city, the type of space, and whether the wall is indoors or outdoors.
I send you a digital sketch over the photo of your wall, with a detailed quote. Free of charge.
From €400 per m² for a simple motif, more for very detailed work. We set the date together.
The questions that come up most often.
Yes. Before any agreement, Giulia shows you the project as an image on your own wall, with the detailed price. Several sketches are proposed to you before the project is confirmed.
In Liberty-style villas overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio, a botanical motif or a trompe l'oeil with a sea view fit well with the elegance of the place. Everything is hand-painted with acrylic colours, no wallpaper or printing involved.
No damage at all. Acrylic paint adheres to an already painted or plastered wall, with no stripping or heavy primer needed. And if you change your mind in ten years, a coat of paint is enough to cover it.
Here, a mural works when it plays off the Liberty-style elegance of the historic villas and hotels facing the sea.
Living rooms, bedrooms, entrances of Liberty-style villas overlooking the gulf. Example: an 8 m² living room wall in a detailed subject, around €4,800.
Historic Liberty-style hotels, restaurants and seafront venues near the marina. Example: a 12 m² hotel wall in a detailed subject, around €7,200.
The sea air calls for specific surface preparation. Many historic villas are protected. From €400 per m², plus scaffolding if needed.
Santa Margherita Ligure has Roman roots and was long exposed to Saracen pirate raids, until the 10th century; it then became a fief of the Fieschi family until 1229, when it passed under Genoa. The town took shape in the early 19th century from the union of the old hamlets of Pescino and Corte, first known as Porto Napoleone; the current name was established in 1863 by a decree of Victor Emmanuel II. From the second half of the 19th century, the town became an elegant tourist destination, with Liberty-style hotels and villas that still define the seafront today. The marina holds over 300 berths, protected by a 300-metre pier. Requests come from private villas, historic hotels and seafront venues, often looking for a distinctive feature. Giulia travels easily to paint: she comes to see the wall in person, or works first from photos and measurements.

Santa Margherita Ligure took shape in the early 19th century from the union of the hamlets of Pescino and Corte, with an official name established in 1863; its Liberty-style villas and hotels date from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Giulia also travels across the whole of Liguria.
In Santa Margherita Ligure the rate reflects a high-end destination: €400 per square metre for a simple motif, €600 for a detailed subject, €800 for a trompe l'oeil or ceiling. The quote is free.
The timeline depends on the project: we discuss it together based on the wall and the subject. As a general guide, a simple motif takes less time than a very detailed subject or a large surface.
Yes, with surface preparation suited to the sea air. The best period for an exterior mural runs from spring to autumn.
For an interior wall, no. For a facade visible from the street, you generally need the owner's or building association's agreement, and a notice to the municipality if the building sits in a protected zone: many historic Liberty-style villas are protected. Giulia explains the process before starting.
Yes. A mural painted in acrylic can be painted over like any regular wall paint. It can also be reworked or extended later on.
