A mural can take place in almost any room of a house. Here are the surfaces involved, the technique used, and what changes the price.
What Giulia brings to a home or a villa. Giulia is a painter, trained at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. She exhibits her paintings in art galleries and also paints on walls. Corriere della Sera, Domus and Sky Arte have written about her work, and her mural of over twenty metres dedicated to Gaber and Jannacci can be seen in Milan. Technique
Interiors in odourless acrylic, so the room stays usable during the work. Exteriors in quartz paint, made for outdoor walls. An acrylic mural can be painted over later like any ordinary wall paint. As a finish Giulia applies a protective varnish: the mural lasts a lifetime, and the wall wipes clean with a damp sponge, and the paint stays intact.

You stay at home and life goes on as usual: Giulia paints indoors with odourless acrylics, and people take the time to watch while she works. Thanks to the varnish applied as a finish, the wall can then be wiped with a damp sponge and the paint stays intact.

What is the difference between a hand-painted mural and spray-painted graffiti?
They are two different crafts. A graffiti artist works with spray cans, with a fast gesture and a graphic finish. A brush-painted mural is built layer by layer, which allows gradients, fine detail and trompe l’oeil: it is a painting made directly on the wall. Indoors, Giulia uses odourless acrylic. And while she paints, people take the time to watch: a brush at work is a show in itself.
