From 400 € per sqm for a simple motif, more if the design is very detailed. We set the date together.
The questions that come up most often.
Yes. Before any agreement, Giulia shows you the project as an image on your own wall, with a detailed price. Several sketches are proposed to you before the project is confirmed.
In Cortina, renovated chalets and baite often want a painted element that dialogues with wood and stone: botanical motifs, Dolomite landscapes, or more classic designs. Everything is painted by hand in acrylic, with no wallpaper and no printing.
No damage. Acrylic bonds to a painted or plastered wall, with no stripping and no heavy undercoat. And if you change your mind in ten years, a roller of paint covers it.
Here, a mural works when it dialogues with wood, stone, and mountain light, in renovated high-standing chalets.
Living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, entrances, and wooden ceilings. Example: a living room wall of 8 sqm in a detailed design, around 4 800 €.
High-end hotels, residences, and apartments in central areas, where demand has grown with the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. Example: a hotel wall of 12 sqm in a detailed design, around 7 200 €.
Long, harsh winters limit the working season: exterior work is painted between late spring and early autumn. From 400 € per sqm, plus scaffolding if needed.
Cortina d'Ampezzo is a high-mountain destination where high-end real estate demand is growing fast, driven by the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics: independent chalets, barns converted into panoramic residences, apartments with Dolomite views. Requests come from renovated chalets, boutique hotels, and residences looking for a distinctive painted element. Giulia travels easily to paint: she comes on site to see the wall, or works first from photos and measurements.

The time depends on the project: it is discussed together based on the wall and the subject. As a general guide, a simple motif takes less time than a very detailed design or a large surface.
Yes, with surface preparation suited to a mountain climate. Winters are long and harsh: exterior work is painted between late spring and early autumn, when the wall is dry.
For an interior wall, no. For a facade visible from the street, you usually need the owner's or the building association's approval, and a notice to the town hall if the chalet is in a protected area. Giulia explains the process before starting.
Yes. A mural painted in acrylic can be covered like any wall paint. It can also be reworked or extended later.
