From 150 € per sqm for a simple motif, more if the design is very detailed. We set the date together.
The questions that come up most often.
Yes. Before any agreement, Giulia shows you the project as an image on your own wall, with a detailed price. Several sketches are proposed to you before the project is confirmed.
In Rome, many apartments in period palazzi have high ceilings and walls well suited to detailed designs or classic-style trompe-l'oeil. Everything is painted by hand in acrylic, with no wallpaper and no printing.
No damage. Acrylic bonds to a painted or plastered wall, with no stripping and no heavy undercoat. And if you change your mind in ten years, a roller of paint covers it.
Here, a mural works when it dialogues with high ceilings, period palazzi, and a very dense urban fabric.
Living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, entrances, stairwells, and ceilings in the palazzi of the centre. Example: a living room wall of 8 sqm in a detailed design, around 2 000 €.
Boutique hotels, restaurants, shops, and offices, including in the EUR business district. In a market where competitors look alike, a mural is one of the few things that cannot be copied. Example: a boutique hotel wall of 12 sqm in a detailed design, around 3 000 €.
Hot, dry summers are the most favourable season for painting a facade. For a facade visible from the street, the owner's or the building association's approval is usually enough, plus a notice to the town hall in a protected zone, a common situation in the historic centre. From 150 € per sqm, plus scaffolding if needed.
Rome is a city of historic palazzi, where many apartments in the centre still have high ceilings, marble floors, and period decoration. Requests come from elegant apartments, offices in the EUR district, and shops looking for a distinctive element. Hot, dry summers are the best season for exterior work. Giulia travels easily to paint: she comes on site to see the wall, or works first from photos and measurements.

Rome is a city of period palazzi, elegant apartments, and offices, with a historic centre that is largely protected.
Giulia also travels to Tivoli, Frascati, Ostia.
The price is per square metre: 150 € for a simple motif, 250 € for a detailed design, 350 € for trompe-l’oeil or a ceiling. A small mural in a bedroom costs less than a facade that needs preparation and scaffolding. The quote is free.
The time depends on the project: it is discussed together based on the wall and the subject. As a general guide, a simple motif takes less time than a very detailed design or a large surface.
Yes, with surface preparation and paints made for outdoor use. Roman summers are hot and dry, the most favourable season for painting a facade. Work is avoided during extreme heatwaves.
For an interior wall, no. For a facade visible from the street, you usually need the owner's or the building association's approval, and a notice to the town hall if the building is in a protected area, a common situation in Rome's historic centre. Giulia explains the process before starting.
Yes. A mural painted in acrylic can be covered like any wall paint. It can also be reworked or extended later.
