A photo and rough measurements are enough. Tell me the city, the type of space, and whether the wall is indoors or outdoors.
I send you a digital sketch over the photo of your wall, with a detailed quote. Free of charge.
From €150 per m² for a simple motif, more for very detailed work. We set the date together.
The questions that come up most often.
Yes. Before any agreement, Giulia shows you the project as an image on your own wall, with the detailed price. Several sketches are proposed to you before the project is confirmed.
In historic villas overlooking the lake, a botanical motif or a trompe l'oeil with a lake view work well with the surrounding landscape. Everything is hand-painted with acrylic colours, no wallpaper or printing involved.
No damage at all. Acrylic paint adheres to an already painted or plastered wall, with no stripping or heavy primer needed. And if you change your mind in ten years, a coat of paint is enough to cover it.
Here, a mural works when it plays off the view of the lake and mountains, in the villas and homes of the centre and of Loveno.
Living rooms, bedrooms, entrances of historic villas overlooking the lake, in Menaggio and in the hamlet of Loveno. Example: a 10 m² living room wall in a detailed subject, around €2,500.
Hotels and cafés along the lakefront around Piazza Garibaldi. Example: a 12 m² dining room wall in a detailed subject, around €3,000.
The lakeside climate calls for specific surface preparation. From €150 per m², plus scaffolding if needed.
Menaggio sits on a small promontory where Lake Como opens up in its full width, with views towards Bellagio and the Grigne mountains. The town's castle dates from the 10th century and was granted as a fief in 934 to Gerardo Castelli of Milan; the medieval walls still climb today towards the area known as Castello. After Austrian rule ended in 1859, the town established itself as a resort, with villas such as Villa Belfaggio, Villa D'Azeglio and Villa Vigoni in the residential area of Loveno. The central Piazza Garibaldi, with its cafés, opens directly onto the lakefront. Requests come from private villas, hotels and lakefront venues. Giulia travels easily to paint: she comes to see the wall in person, or works first from photos and measurements.

The rate is per square metre: €150 for a simple motif, €250 for a detailed subject, €350 for a trompe l'oeil or ceiling. The quote is free.
The timeline depends on the project: we discuss it together based on the wall and the subject. As a general guide, a simple motif takes less time than a very detailed subject or a large surface.
Yes, with surface preparation suited to the lakeside climate. The best period for an exterior mural runs from spring to autumn.
For an interior wall, no. For a facade visible from the street, you generally need the owner's or building association's agreement, and a notice to the municipality if the building sits in a protected zone. Giulia explains the process before starting.
Yes. A mural painted in acrylic can be painted over like any regular wall paint. It can also be reworked or extended later on.
