A photo and rough dimensions are enough. Tell me the city, the type of place, and whether the wall is indoors or outdoors.
I send you a digital sketch over the photo of your wall, with a detailed quote. The first two sketches are free, and corrections are included.
From 150 € per sqm for a simple motif, more if the design is very detailed. We set the date together.
Each project begins with the surface, the light, the proportions, the circulation, and the way the place is lived.
Yes. Before any agreement, Giulia shows you the project as an image on your own wall, with a detailed price. Two free sketches are proposed to you before the project is confirmed, and corrections are included.
In Toulon, sea and Mediterranean subjects in Mourillon homes, and dining-room decors in the harbour restaurants. Everything is painted with a brush, in odourless acrylic.
No damage. Acrylic bonds to a painted or plastered wall, with no stripping and no heavy undercoat. And if you change your mind in ten years, a roller of paint covers it.
Here a mural enters a historic centre in full revival and seaside districts where the light is strong all year round.
Bedrooms, kitchens, hallways, entrances, stairwells and ceilings, from old-town houses to Mourillon villas. Example: an 8 sqm bedroom wall in a detailed design, around 2 000 €.
Harbour restaurants, cafes, shops, salons, windows and commercial facades. In a market where competitors look alike, a mural is one of the few things that cannot be copied. From 150 € per sqm.
Sea air and strong sun test the facades: quartz paint, made for outdoor walls, with anti-salt varnish on request. A facade visible from the street generally needs the owner's or building association's agreement. From 150 € per sqm, plus scaffolding if needed.
Toulon's old town is in full revival: the renovation programme launched in 2006 covers twelve blocks over some twenty-three hectares, and the district now carries the Quartier Culturel et Créatif label. At its heart, the Hôtel des Arts, a former sub-prefecture built in the early 20th century and now an art centre, received a facade entirely painted by the artist Alexandre Benjamin Navet, winner of the Grand Prix Design Parade Toulon in 2017. Requests come from old-town houses, Mourillon villas, harbour restaurants and hotels looking for a distinctive feature. Giulia travels easily to Toulon to paint: she comes to see the wall in person, or works first from photos and measurements.
What Giulia brings to Mural artist in Toulon. Giulia is a painter, trained at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. She exhibits her paintings in art galleries and also paints on walls. Corriere della Sera, Domus and Sky Arte have covered her work, and her mural of more than twenty metres dedicated to Gaber and Jannacci stands in Milan. The wall is her favourite canvas because it truly becomes part of a place, a unique work made to tell your story.

The project can stay simple or take on a stronger wall presence. It depends on scale, function, circulation, and the way the wall is seen.
Villas, apartments, and bedrooms where the mural can live with strong light, larger volumes, and refined materials without becoming showy.
Hotels, restaurants, boutiques, and image-led spaces where painting can become a very recognizable and immediately elegant presence.

Toulon brings together an old town under full renovation, the naval harbour and the seaside districts of the Mourillon, with the Hôtel des Arts and its painted facade at the heart of the city.

They are two different crafts. A graffiti artist works with spray cans, with a fast gesture and a graphic finish. A brush-painted mural is built layer by layer, which allows gradients, fine detail and trompe l’oeil: it is a painting made directly on the wall. Indoors, Giulia uses odourless acrylic. And while she paints, people take the time to watch: a brush at work is a show in itself. The choice depends on the finish you are after.
A mural artist, a muralist, a wall artist or a decorative painter — and the art itself is called mural painting or wall art. Some come from graffiti and work with spray cans; Giulia Dal Bon comes from painting: trained at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, she exhibits her paintings in art galleries and paints commissioned murals with a brush. To have one painted, send her a photo of your wall: free quote within 48 hours.
Yes, with surface preparation and quartz paint, made for outdoor walls. In Toulon the sun is strong and the air is salty: an anti-salt varnish is added on request.
For an interior wall, no. For a facade visible from the street, you usually need the owner's or the building association's approval, and a notice to the town hall if the building is in a protected area. Giulia explains the process before starting.
It depends on the surface and the level of detail: a simple motif in a bedroom takes a few days, a large composition or a facade longer. Giulia gives the timing with the quote, within 48 hours, and gives plenty of notice if the schedule moves. The place keeps running while she works: the acrylic is odourless.
An acrylic mural lasts for decades indoors: the paint becomes part of the plaster and lives as long as the wall. Outdoors, quartz paint is made for facades, and an anti-salt or anti-pollution varnish extends it further. And if one day you want a change, it can be painted over like any wall paint.
