In Monaco, a birthday, a dinner or a family celebration takes place in a flat overlooking Port Hercule, in a villa on the heights, on the terrace of a hotel on place du Casino or aboard a yacht moored at the quay. Giulia Dal Bon paints live in the place you have chosen, and she paints what makes the evening: the harbour and its boats, the Rock and the Palace, the laid table, or the guests themselves, in watercolour, each one leaving with their portrait. At the end of the party, the painting is finished and signed, and it stays with you. The page on live painting for a private party presents every format.
In Monaco, the season reads in the calendar of the Principality. In January, the International Circus Festival, created in 1974 by Prince Rainier III, opens the year. In March, the Bal de la Rose, created in 1954 by Princess Grace, takes place in the Salle des Étoiles of the Sporting Monte-Carlo, in support of the foundation that bears her name, and the Printemps des Arts de Monte-Carlo, created in 1970, gives its concerts from March to April at the Opéra de Monte-Carlo, the Grimaldi Forum and the Auditorium Rainier III. In April, the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters is played at the Monte-Carlo Country Club, on the French side of the border, and the Grand Prix follows in May.
Summer opens with the Monte-Carlo Television Festival in June, at the Grimaldi Forum, and the Red Cross gala in August. In September, Port Hercule welcomes the Monaco Yacht Show and its superyachts moored along the quay. Around these dates, hotels, villas and yachts receive their guests in the evening, and a live painting gives these evenings a moment the guests take the time to watch, then a canvas that stays with the host or the brand. Giulia speaks Italian, French, English and Spanish: guests who come from several countries talk to her in their own language.

Giulia Dal Bon has already painted during gala dinners. She starts as the guests arrive, moves forward during dinner, and the canvas is revealed at the awards or at dessert. It can then be auctioned for a charity, given to an executive, or kept by the company or the foundation. The subject is prepared before the day: the harbour, the silhouette of the Principality, the colours of the house or a hand-drawn logo, and you see it on a sketch. For a company evening, the page on corporate live painting in Monaco explains everything.

The Principality has built itself an art scene: the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco shows work at the Villa Paloma and the Villa Sauber, the gallery Hauser & Wirth has been there since 2021, Almine Rech opened an outpost in 2024, and the Art Monte-Carlo fair takes place at the Grimaldi Forum. During a private view, Giulia Dal Bon sets up her easel in a corner of the room, away from the walls, and paints while visitors discover the exhibition. The subject answers the works on show, the place or the music of the evening, and the gallery chooses it with her. Giulia herself exhibits her paintings in art galleries. For the opening of a shop or a restaurant, the page on live painting for an opening or a private view explains how it goes.

In Monaco, music has its stages: the Opéra de Monte-Carlo and its Salle Garnier, the Grimaldi Forum, the Auditorium Rainier III. Giulia has already painted with Orlando at the piano, facing the sea, at Cap-d’Ail, the commune next to Monaco, at sunset, at the end of the summer of 2025. During a concert, the painting follows the music, piece after piece, and the canvas is revealed on the last note. For an evening that wants a high point, there is the piano and painting show: Orlando & Giulia, Orlando at the piano in a neoclassical repertoire, in the line of Ludovico Einaudi or Hania Rani, and Giulia painting to the rhythm of the music. For a concert or a festival, the dedicated page presents the programme.
Giulia also paints on the walls of the Principality: the mural in Monaco. Around Monaco she travels to La Turbie, Beausoleil and Èze, and the pages on Menton, Nice and the French Riviera tell the rest of the coast.
The length is decided with you, from about twenty minutes to a whole evening. Giulia paints in odourless acrylic, on an easel that finds its place in a salon, on a terrace or on the deck of a yacht, with a little light if the evening is at night. She brings the canvas, the colours and the easel, protects the floor around her, and adapts to the rules of a hotel, a yacht or a gala hall by setting up where she is least in the way. In Monaco as in Nice or Menton, travel and logistics are agreed together in the quote.
Over several dates. If the format suits you, Giulia comes back: a series of evenings, a whole season or a residency of a few days. The quote is then made for the whole, and you set the dates together.

It can be given in an auditorium, in a hotel salon, on a terrace or facing the harbour. It is prepared with the venue and priced on request.
