Where has Giulia already painted live?

On stages, in theatres, at weddings and at company evenings: she has painted live hundreds of times, dozens of them with the piano and painting show she performs as a duo. Several of those dates are public: at the Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan, for Play Green, she painted alongside the illustrator Francesco Barcella, on a reclaimed wooden panel supplied by the Di Nuovo craftsmen. And on 6 July 2017, in Camaiore, for the fourteenth Festival Gaber, she painted under the Arco di Via Vittorio Emanuele beside the guitarist Gianni Martini. Giulia painted on stage, with the piano, on 24 May 2025 at Piano City Milano, at the Circolo Culturale Romeo Cerizza, in October 2025 at the Teatro Mediglia, and in September 2025 in Cap d’Ail, facing the sea.

How much does the show cost?

The show is priced on request, because it depends on the length, the audience and the venue. To set the scale: a painting performance alone starts at 400 €, whatever its length, and the canvas of the evening, painted on site and handed over at the end, starts at 950 €. What is the show’s technical rider?

A stage area for the piano and the easel, a power supply, clear light on the canvas so the gesture reads from the house, and the piano’s amplification settled with your crew according to the venue. Giulia brings easel, canvases and paints, protects the floor, and set-up is done before doors open. The detailed rider leaves with the quote, within 48 hours.

What audience size does the show suit?

From intimate rooms to festival stages. The canvas is worked in large format precisely so it reads from the back of the house, and the final reveal works at every capacity. In very large venues, a house screen can relay the brushwork, as at a concert: that point is settled with your technical team at quote time.

How is the fee set?

By quote, according to the length of the performance, the venue and the season. Your enquiry describes the room, the intended date and the setting, festival, cultural season or private evening; the reply leaves within 48 hours with the fee, the conditions and the technical needs. Travel is agreed together and written into the quote.

Can the show tour several dates?

Yes, the format travels light: the piano is found on site or supplied by the venue, and the easel, canvases and paints arrive with the artists. Several close dates are quoted together, with an adjusted fee. The duo travels throughout Europe, and every performance produces a different canvas: two nights in the same house give two paintings.
